This picturesque town is renowned for its marvellous gardens, gorgeous waterfronts and beautiful houseboats. Srinagar was established in 3rd century BC, by Ashoka a Mauryan Emperor. The city is also popular for traditional Kashmiri handicrafts and dried fruits as well. During the tour you will explore the major attractions of Srinagar such as popular Mughal gardens of Nishat and Shalimar.
Apart from this you will also get the chance to explore Pahalgam, one of the most beautiful town of Kashmir valley, situated of 7200 ft. from sea level and on the bank of Lidder River. This beautiful town home of hillside forest with tall pine trees along with river Lidder.
Upon your arrival at the Srinagar Airport, you will be taken for a 35 minutes’ drive through the heart of Srinagar city, passing the Abdullah Bridge which connects the banks of the Jhelum River.
Check in to your pre booked hotel / houseboat. After freshen up, proceed for an hour of Shikara ride in the lake.

Today after breakfast, proceed for half a day of local sightseeing tour of Srinagar, visit to the popular Mughal gardens of Nishat and Shalimar. Later drive back to the hotel / houseboat. Rest day is free at leisure.

After having an early breakfast, proceed to Pahalgam. In Pahalgam, visit Betaab Valley and Chandanwari as well as take a horse riding trip to Baisaran meadows. There are also many walks to the lakes and meadows scattered all around Pahalgam. After sightseeing, we will drive back to Srinagar.

Today is the last day of the trip. Have breakfast, then proceed to Srinagar airport to take your flight towards Delhi for your onwards destination.
