Kempty Falls is a popular and picturesque waterfall. It is the largest of the five cascades in the valley that plummets 4,500 ft. from the mountains to flow down into the plains. Owing to its panoramic surroundings, a British officer known as John Mekinan developed this spot as a tourist destination in 1835. The site offers swimming and fishing activities as well.
Later, visit the second highest peak of Mussoorie, Gun Hill which offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Himalayan peaks of Bunderpunch, Srikantha, Pithwara, Gangotri (source of the Ganges River) and a bird's eye view of Mussoorie town and Doon Valley. Situated at an altitude of 400 ft. above the Mall, it houses the water reservoir of the hill station.

The Triveni Ghat, located in the heart of town, is the site of the confluence of three holy rivers namely Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati. It is one of the most famous bathing ghats, where most pilgrims take a holy dip and offer prayers before visiting the various temples.
The Laxman Jhula which is built over the holy river Ganges is one of the most prominent landmarks of Rishikesh. It is named after Lakshman, the younger brother of Lord Ram, who as per legend used this bridge to cross the Ganga.
Then, continue your journey towards Haridwar which is less than an hour away from Rishikesh. On arrival, check -in to your hotel.
